Health tips to stay healthy for a long time:
1. Exercise for at least 20-30 minutes every day, whether it's in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
2. Break the habit of sitting for long periods throughout the day.
3. Replace milk tea, coffee, cold drinks, and carbonated drinks with water, green tea, ginger tea, lemon tea, coconut water, and buttermilk.
4. Take small breaks and try to do some physical tasks on your own. This will increase your metabolic rate.
5. Take your time while eating and avoid using TV, phone, or computer during meal times.
6. Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep every day, but avoid oversleeping during the day.
7. Minimize the consumption of sugar and sweetened foods as much as possible.
8. Have some raw foods like lemon, chili, garlic, and salad with every meal.
9. Maintain a balance between eating fish, meat, and vegetables. For example, eat fish for 3 days, chicken for 3 days, and have a complete vegetarian day.
10. Try to live a stress-free life as much as possible. Practice 10 minutes of breathing exercises or meditation every day.
